Cosby was accused and convicted of aggravated indecent assault for drugging and sexually assaulting Temple University employee Andrea Constand in 2004. The 80-year-old Cosby faces up to 30 years in prison, 10 years for each count.

Scenes from outside the courtroom show women tearing up and hugging each other as they see justice served. One of his accusers, Lil Bernard, had to leave the courtroom as she was overcome with emotion.

Over 50 women have accused Cosby of sexual assault over the past several years. Five accusers besides Constand testified at the trial to support her case, since many accusations fell outside the statue of limitations for legal action. Cosby's legal team is pushing for the three separate 10-year sentences to be served concurrently.
