Japan Animation and Manga College (JAM) will hold a fundraiser on Saturday, Dec. 2, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Miyako Hotel, 328 E. First St. in Little Tokyo.
Explore contemporary manga-style illustrations by Japanese student artists.
JAM is an institution that trains young people to become professionals in the fields of animation, illustration, character design, game design and manga production. There are currently about 400 students aiming to achieve their dreams.
Free entry. All proceeds will be donated. Last year’s recipient was Ronald McDonald House.
