However, the Roku streaming service, the Roku Channel, is offering a similar deal of 99 cents for two months of streamers like Cinemax, Stars, and the Lifetime Movie Club, offering better rates than if you were to buy direct from those streaming services.

Luckily, in addition to Roku's streaming service markdowns, Amazon and Roku have also marked down their streaming devices to celebrate the day.

With the Starz deal, you'll get three months of the service for $5 per month, compared to the $10 per month you'd pay at full price. With the Roku deal, you get two months of the service for just 99 cents, saving you $18 over the course of two months, as compared to Starz's full price, and $8 compared to their discount price.
